Mache
Baby arugula
Nasturtium leaves (from window boxes, Hudson Valley Seed Library)

Two cups nasturtium flowers (from window boxes, Hudson Valley Seed Library)
Heirloom tomatoes from roof, including Fox Cherry and Black Krim (Hudson Valley Seed Library)
Purple and white scallions from CSA farm across from Old Field Vineyard
Toasted pumpkin seeds

Dressing:
Olive Oil
Lemon juice
Dash red wine vinegar
Ground mustard powder
Dash cayenne pepper
Salt
Honey (from Thyme Garden)
Lemon balm leaves (from garden)
